Features
Every headache, handled.
You decide what goes in the book. Simply Yearbook does the fiddly work.
“Six hundred portraits, one at a time.”
Portraits placed for you.
Drop in your photographer’s portraits and your class list. Every student lands on the right class page, in order, with the name spelled the way your class list spells it. Anyone without a photo waits in one short list.
“This page looks so empty.”
Art made for your book.
Search the clip art by any word or drop in your school’s mascot. Or press Let’s make it! and say what you want — “third grade, bright and fun”. Text art is free and unlimited; AI pictures come in sets of four, and you keep the one you like.
“I’m not a designer.”
Layout ideas in one click.
Open Design ideas to see fresh looks for the page you’re on. Pick from ready-made page layouts, or press Shuffle in a collage to try another arrangement. Every change can be undone.
“Did we leave anyone out?”
See who’s missing, privately.
Turn on face suggestions and Simply Yearbook compares your candids with the class portraits — you confirm every name. See how many times each child appears, and who isn’t in the book yet. Off until you say yes; faces stay inside your school’s book and are never used for anything else.
“Parents have the best photos.”
Parents send photos. You approve.
Share one link or a QR code in the newsletter. Parents upload from their phones. You see who sent each photo and what they wrote, and only what you approve goes in.
“The deadline snuck up on us.”
Know who’s behind.
Give each student editor their pages and a due date. A short daily email shows which pages are late, and whose — while there’s still time to fix it.
